Now hear me out, I know it’s April this beer seasonal brew from Brasserie de Luxembourg was on clearance from Beer Hawk, and although it’s the ‘perfect way to get into the holiday spirit’ it’s also the perfect way to get into the ‘spring spirit’.
I had the pleasure of trying Diekirch Christmas on a Perfect Draft machine. This device is a great way to enjoy draft beer at home, and it’s especially handy for seasonal beers like this one. The beer poured perfectly, with just the right amount of carbonation and a beautiful copper color.
